Founder and CEO
Beth is a corporate and nonprofit executive with 25+ years of experience leading individuals, teams, and organizations to re-engineer strategies and business processes for increased efficiency, stronger cross-functional collaboration, and skyrocketing sales.
She is uniquely positioned with a diverse career including: a top-ranking technology sales leader with global clients; a widely-recognized brand-building C-suite nonprofit executive; a published author; and a business consultant with subject matter expertise in the science and theology space. The common thread and key to her success is bringing together the right strategies, tools, talent, systems, and execution to help organizations thrive.
Beth is people-focused, and an inspirational and relational leader with an unwavering passion for personal and professional development, data-driven decision making, and transformational change. She is an avid marathoner, voracious reader, and a frequent keynote speaker whose favorite question is, “Is better an option?”
Seth McLaughlin
Chief Strategy Officer
Seth is a pastor and non-profit leader with over 10 years leading organizations in their fundraising and organizational processes. He has worked in a variety of locations, including Latin America, and been involved in multiple industries. He is passionate about helping organizations improve their efficiency and effectiveness by strategically building upon small processes which lead to long term gains and sustainability. He loathes the idea of doing things just because that is what was done before.
He and his family of five live in Colorado. They love all things outdoors and exploring the mountains. He is a big reader and spends a lot of his time building Lego and being involved in nerf wars and laser tag battles.
